Executive Leadership Training

Our research-driven model is a customized interpersonal developmental experience for the mid- to senior-level executive who is preparing for a greater scope of responsibility or who needs to make a leap forward in leadership capability. Our Executive Leadership Service provides a complete discovery, alignment, assessment, feedback and coaching package. It can be engaged along with other CHH programs or as a stand-alone leadership development opportunity.

Employee Branding & Competency Development

Employee branding shapes employees’ behavior so that they project the brand identity of their organization’s products through their everyday work behavior. Employee branding is intended to induce employee-brand identification, a psychological connection between the employee and the brand, to provide an unobtrusive, seemingly unproblematic engine for “on brand behavior.” It can be engaged along with other CHH programs or as a stand-alone leadership development opportunity.

CHH assists interdependent teams at all levels, collaborate more effectively to achieve organizational goals and build strong performance cultures. Rooted in deep research and expert practices, our work with teams builds leadership skills, provides a collective capacity to learn and work together, and directly impacts business goals.

360 Feedback Assessment

360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about an individual's performance from a wide range of coworkers. This could include peers, direct reports, the boss,— along with people outside the organization, such as customers. The benefit of collecting data of this kind is that the person gets to see a panorama of perceptions rather than just self-perception, which affords a more holistic picture.

The Spirit of Caregiving

We are Certified Facilitators of the Spirit of Caregiving training which offers a variety of participant-centered, transformational programs designed to revitalize the human spirit while improving performance. The Spirit of Caregiving®, a two-day interactive learning process, was created for individuals who care for other people in the healthcare Industry.

When you work with us, you can expect to see desirable and sustanable changes in performance and productivity for you and your team in a healthcare setting. Team members will begin to find more satisfaction in their work, bringing more of their enthusiasm, compassion, and energy into the caregiving environment throughout the day. As a result, instead of seeing an abundance of burnout and turnover, you will be rewarded with an increase in patient satisfaction scores.

Our programs are a unique blend of teaching, reflection, and experiential activities that fully engage participants and ensure consistent results. Your staff will quickly realize that this program is not just "another training class" but an experience that opens their mind and heart to a deeper and richer way of living and working - one that is sustainable and brings transformational experiences to themselves, those they work with, and the patients they care for.
